Before entering the intensive chronological tracks, participants complete a preparatory seminar series

• Resilience in Crisis: Case studies on overcoming severe socio-economic hardships and institutional betrayal.
• Strategic Conflict Resolution: Examining classical principles of conflict management and team alignment.

Part 2: The Core Four-Pillar New Testament Chronological Program
This specialized, multi-phased curriculum allows participants to study the entire New Testament in its exact chronological order, providing a comprehensive understanding of values-based living, ethical leadership, and historical context:

• Pillar 1 - The Disciple of Jesus School: An intensive focus on the life, ethical teachings, and community-building principles of Jesus as recorded in the early historical accounts. Participants learn foundational patterns of humility, service, and personal integrity.​
  

• Pillar 2 - The Acts School: A detailed chronological analysis of early community integration, cross-cultural collaboration, and organizational expansion. This pillar equips leaders to navigate complex social challenges and build unified local volunteer teams.

• Pillar 3 - The School of Paul: A study of the contextual letters of Paul, focusing on ethical governance, structural management, team dynamics, and conflict resolution within growing organizational networks.
  
• Pillar 4 - The Parallel School: A comprehensive advanced track where historical context, modern application, and personal character development run parallel. This final phase synthesizes all principles, enabling participants to confidently apply ethical leadership in their professions and community service fields.
